   Through her extensive experience holding leadership positions in market-leading organizations, such as eBay, Hewlett Packard and Johnson & Johnson, Jen realized the power and importance of developing leaders, teams, and cultures in realizing growth in companies. From this, a blazing passion and specialty evolved in understanding inspiration and how it works for leaders, teams and organizations. Jen is the co-author on the book, Dare to Inspire: Inspiration, a most valuable resource to be managed in modern organizations and co-founder of the firm InspireCorps, an inspiration strategy firm partnering to lead transformation and growth around the world. Innovative-Jen enjoys asking new questions about how organizations can be stronger and better. She loves to create new ways to accelerate leader and team performance through connecting ideas in novel ways and translating them into innovations in applied solutions. Stands on Science– With academic training at the University of Pennsylvania in the burgeoning field of Positive Psychology, Jen is obsessed with understanding what we know from research, and more importantly, knowing what we don’t know as the spring board for innovation. Leader, Team and Culture Development Obsessed– She has devoted her career to understanding and envisioning the future of work and leading-edge organization development. Jen holds a B.A. in Industrial Psychology, a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, and has logged over hours of organizational coaching, earning her the International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach distinction with over hours of experience (PCC distinction, International Coaching Federation) and using the InspireCorps proprietary method development and coaching, I guide leaders and teams to breakthrough to the next level of meaning, performance, joy and fulfillment and stand with them to catch the waves of positive impact that result.
