I’m a design researcher who dives into ambiguous problem spaces and extracts clear insights and practical next steps. With a background in design and marketing, I bring a storyteller’s eye to research at every stage including interviewing, presenting findings, and ideation. • I’m at my best in the places where processes break down or people feel unheard, using deep listening, facilitation, synthesis, and visual communication to help teams align and move forward.

   Atx Fail Club

   Feb 2019 — Present · Austin, TX, US

   Uncovered through research that fear of failure was holding women back, and co-founded ATX Fail Club to help reframe failure as part of growth.• Created and hosted event prototypes, iterated on the concepts, partnered with sponsors, created metrics to measure success, and designed branding. • Led gatherings ranging from Failure Dinners to Aerial Arts classes and facilitated workshops such as virtual intention-setting and failure-resume-writing sessions, building community support rooted in vulnerability, honesty, and curiosity.
