The boat and the heart are flexible and artful symbols that can be creatively applied as tools for business solutions and individual empowerment. I use sculptural and design methods to help people build profound confidence. My process involves imagination, optimism, collaboration and experimentation. My unique workshops are tactically satisfying, memorable and effective for teams and participants to see themselves and each other with a fresh, human-centered perspective. As a \"Spiritboatist\", I use the Spirit Boat as a metaphor for transformation and navigating change in my life and art. I develop programs to share her techniques with others. Working with sculpture, mixed media paintings, drawing, printmaking and installation art she uses the metaphysical boat as an invitation for a journey in a variety of ways. My career, teaching, leading tours and art workshops now includes business consulting and programs in group facilitation. I help clients find unique keys that unlock inner resources for better decision making and clarifying vision. Using art and design as the source and solution for multi-sensory learning that promotes on-going creative thinking and problem solving. Ewing & Germano, established in 1989, continues today as a mural and fine arts service specializing in enhancing environments with architectural settings, illustration and identity packages for commercial clients and private residences.
