Hello there.I\'m Jenevieve, a community-centered public health professional dedicated to meeting the unique needs of under-resourced communities.I am proud to work with Center for Elders\' Independence (CEI), a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). My daily work involves identifying and enrolling low-income seniors with complex care needs into CEI, ensuring they access high-quality, comprehensive health and social services. The all-inclusive model is designed to empower older adults to age with dignity and independence in their own homes, providing a vital alternative to nursing home placement.As a first-generation Mexican American, I am deeply committed to empowering culturally diverse communities by addressing health disparities and improving access to care.I am also an active community volunteer, serving on esteemed committees such as the East Bay Women\'s Conference and Contra Costa Leadership Alumni, where I contribute to initiatives that empower women and foster leadership development.
