Promote new Outsourcing and Offshoring solutions while growing existing relationships in New Zealand and Australia.A key element of this role is to act as the primary contact between clients and potential clients to grow relationships by understanding their business and identifying pain points that can be solved by the sale of TMC services to streamline their business operations.Responsibilities include Client Relationship Management, Sales, Brand Management, Partnership Creation/Management, and Marketing, including EDM and Social Media Management.Daily tasks include coordination between the Sales, Support, Development, Training, Accounts and Agent teams to ensure client obligations and service requirements are met.
