BIOGRAPHY: Currently, I serve as the Vice President of Internal Audit / Chief Audit Executive. I lead an agile and collaborative team that leverages collective talents in risk management, deep subject matter expertise in business, technology, integrity matters, and continuous improvement to deliver valuable and impactful results to the enterprise. The Internal Audit mission is to provide independent services that inspire confidence, improve, and protect State Farm. Our trusted advice helps the organization manage known and emerging risks through assurance, advisory, investigative, and operational support.I started my State Farm® career in 2007 and served in various analyst, supervisory, and management roles within Financial Shared Services, Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Financial Reporting & Analysis, and the Leadership Enterprise Development Associate (LEDA) Program. HOW I LEAD:I believe in fostering an environment of trust and transparency, made up of members who demonstrate integrity, candor and engagement.
