Delivering the finished goods till the central warehouse with the KPI of AFS (Availability for sales & DOH) to ensure case fill rate>95%.Managing diversified purchases to the tune of $95MM in Direct Spend of RM (Dairy, Agriculture & Nutritional) & Packaging to Indirect Spend of Capex, Construction, Equipment, Spares, and Services along with Imports & Exports along with sourcing & Project Management of TPM (Third Party Manufacturing) & Co-Packaging facilities etc.Leading sourcing programs of Backward Integration in Dairy Development Model & Agriculture category.Market Intelligence to monitor trends to forecast Pricing & Supply situation of Commodities.Established Procurement structure at HQ and plant to support fully aligned to Abbott Nutrition business & operations ensuring seamless & cost effective supply of superior quality material & services for complementing the automated process at Site. Establishing supplier base on Ingredients, Packaging & Indirect considering Abbott Quality International standards. Detail sourcing process followed viz; Screening, Qualifying, evaluating and contracting the appropriate suppliers by liaising with various departments making sure deadline is met.Implementing several Sourcing Strategies cost saving opportunities, risk management, continuity of supplies, alternate supplier qualification. Working with R&D & Technical group in identifying and implementing cost optimization programs. Supplier development in dairy and agricultural areas to develop gap assessment and improvement plan ensuring close coordination with suppliers to obtain sustainable quality supplies. Driving contract excellence and adherence across business functions.Leading innovations for new product development and Cost improvement programs for Nutrition business.Talent development with exposure to new areas of Project Management, Imports, business analytics and team management.Driving M&P(Margin & Profitability) program for Nutrition India Business.Under the SCE vertical, driving the Supply Chain Excellence projects to deliver Cost Savings in the areas of Packaging Material, Ingredients, Transportation Optimization, Localization of Imported Materials etc. Also as an Enterprise Excellence Lead for Nutrition India, helped achieve the “SHINGO PRIZE” for Abbott Nutrition Supply Chain India, making the 1st Company in India to win SHINGO Prize.
