The Masterson Company Inc. dba Masterson Foods is a leading supplier of sweet and savory products to the food service, ice cream ingredient, and contract manufacturing segments of the food industry.As VP, I provide leadership to the IT, HR, and Finance / Accounting departments while working closely with the President and other management to maximize efficiency and remain competitive in the marketplace. Responsibilities include- Financial analysis, planning and management- Financial statements, department expenses, and budgets- Lead ERP implementation efforts to maximize our decision to implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Vicinity Manufacturing software after managing the initial implementation and designing the majority of today\'s systems/reporting in 2015/2016- Manage the relationship with tax advisors, corporate bankers, auditors, and IT consultants- Costing, Forecasting, and Operational Analysis including labor, yield and trends- Multiple entities- Oversee 6 departments total, in addition to IT and Finance, beginning in 2021 my departments include Human Resources, Customer Service, Logistics, and Scheduling, Safety & Continuous Improvement.

I am a people and results driven financial and information technology leader that has a detailed eye on operations. I have a unique skill deck comprised of a traditional financial leader including treasury and cash management functions, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analysis; however, I combine those skills with a specialty for ERP systems and software, report design, light SQL scripting, and even a little data base management. I have aided or led more than one ERP migration, most significantly and recently was in 2015/2016 moving Masterson Foods from an old Mapics AS400 system to Microsoft Dynamics Navision, now rebranded as Business Central. I not only led the conversion, but designed/created a majority of the reporting used today. My skills are sufficient for creating SQL views for Jet Reports and other reporting.
