Responsible for creation and management of material provider onboarding process, collaborating with the CTO and VP of Supply Chain with execution of contracts, document and file management, product integration, material provider training and account tracking. Other responsibilities also include management of onboarding process of new customers in BIMQuote, creating process maps and training materials, and conducting training sessions. Tasks also include project coordination, managing and creating process workflows, document management, overseeing the creation and maintenance of building information models, managing accounts, managing data and information exchange, and supporting quality control and assurance activities. Additionally, assisting the CTO and VP of Supply Chain in other projects. Plays a critical role in the success of Builders Capital\'s BIMQuote platform, related products and ensuring that customers are happy and successful, while building positive relationships and delivering a high level of customer service both internal and external.
