ABOUT JENELLE BROWN ZADIK
Jenelle has served in the restaurant industry as an EVP overseeing cross-functional teams comprised of Operations, L&D, HR, Marketing and Purchasing + Procurement. Having the well-rounded experience of influencing many brands, in different segments and life cycles, she has a unique perspective on managing the overall health of any business. Jenelle places a premium on organizations that maintain a commitment to an innovative and engaging culture. Focused on wide ranging issues such as employment, education, communication, and community morale. Serving in this role enhanced her diplomacy and challenged her learner’s mid-set. Currently pursuing a M.S. in Management, Strategy and Leadership from the Eli Broad College of Business, Jenelle also holds a B.A. in Communication Studies / Concentration in Health Communication / Minor: Interdisciplinary Health Studies and a certificate in L&D from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Jenelle is an active member of SHRM and has obtained her SHRM-SCP.With a passion to give back, Jenelle has served on Advisory Boards, had the honor of public speaking, produced content for industry publications, and has received performance awards. Jenelle has taken part in programs such as Feeding Freedom, and community advocacy organizations including Autism Speaks, Habitat for Humanity, Race for the Cure, No Kid Hungry, and Community in Schools mentoring. Throughout her career she has been an active member in organizations such as CHART, ASTD, and the DEIA council.
