I serve as the program head for our varsity field hockey program. I manage the development of roughly 50 high school student athletes in their understanding of field hockey but more importantly educate them on the benefits of being a member of an interscholastic team. My duties include scheduling games, practice development and implementation, curriculum development, working closely with the high school to ensure athletes are students first, purchasing equipment, budget management, invoicing, all communications including email and social media, website upkeep/function, and the management and development of seven assistant coaches.

I am a results driven, motivated, and loyal hard worker dedicated to helping athletes become all around better individuals both on and off the playing field. My extensive 7+ years of coaching experience has helped me identify potential in athletes and build leaders by encouraging athletes to grow organically and develop as a leader using the skills they already have as a foundation. My philosophy as a coach is to \"Win Every Practice.\" Working in athletics has tailored me with experience in all realms of coaching including tournament managing, practice scheduling, practice planning, season planning, leadership development and management, coaching management, summer camp curriculum development, as well as a solid administrative role.
