ABOUT JENEFA JUSTIN

I\'m an engineer with an MBA and a Master in Big Data & Analytics. This allows me to skillfully balance the technical and business sides of a company.I\'m good with SQL, Spark/ PySpark and Tableau (and can work my way around R and Python), and understand the workings of machine learning and AI algorithms, and their implications on business. Big data indeed is a big deal. As a former management consultant, I focused on driving business value for mainly European and American companies entering/ expanding/ operating in emerging markets (India, China, APAC, Eastern Europe). My industrial focus was on the Technology, Consumer Goods and Automotive domains though I have worked briefly on the Healthcare, Exhibitions, Industrial sectors as well. Functional focus included strategy development and implementation, operations excellence, target screening for M&A, product management and digital transformation.I have worked with and led cross-cultural/ regional teams across functions, and interacted across the organisational structure right from line workers to CEOs and investors. This makes me comfortable in dealing with varied stakeholders, internal or external, business or tech-oriented. I have a willingness to learn and adapt to requirements. My diligence and hard work have helped me always be at the top of my class and win accolades at work.I strive to leverage these experiences, skills and qualifications to achieve personal and corporate objectives.
