Jenea Carruth is an Audit Partner with over 13 years of experience serving public and privately-held clients in a variety of industries, with significant experience working with clients in technology, media and telecommunications. She is known for serving public, private and private-equity backed companies with complex accounting and reporting issues. She specializes in accounting for carveout financials, business combinations and financial reporting matters related to debt issuances. She also has extensive experience working with multinational companies and has overseen audit teams in a number of countries in the Americas and Europe. Jenea is a graduate from Clark Atlanta University with a Bachelors and Masters (BA/MA) degree in Accounting. She is an Advisory Board Member of United Way’s Young Professional Leaders and serves as a mentor to tech start-up founders participating in various non-profit/accelerator programs.
