I work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and people, most often before solutions are proposed. My focus is helping organizations get clear on the right problem early, so they don’t spend years solving the wrong one well.Much of my career has been intrapreneurial, building innovation and culture from within. I design the structures that support experimentation, shape decision-making, and influence how work actually gets done.I’ve built innovation hubs, transformation offices, and decision systems in complex organizations, using them as sensemaking infrastructure rather than idea factories.    Brought in to shape early-stage strategy, decision quality, and operating conditions before initiatives are committed, with a focus on reducing initiative sprawl and increasing execution viability.I serve as a strategic advisor to the CTO and executive team, leading enterprise initiatives at the intersection of innovation, AI, and organizational transformation. My focus is shaping enterprise AI and innovation strategy, supporting foresight-driven planning, and guiding the responsible adoption of emerging technologies. I oversee a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives that advance the organization’s innovation readiness spanning AI governance, capability building, and internal education.As a core member of the Bridge Innovation Hub, I help connect vision to execution by fostering scalable innovation practices, embedding human-centered design principles, and driving enterprise alignment around new ways of working.In addition to my innovation leadership responsibilities, I continue to oversee the Enterprise PMO function, with a focus on prioritization, best practices, and business outcome delivery.
