At a time when it\'s becoming increasingly important that we find ways of listening to and working with others, I support groups of people - within organizations, between organizations, across sectors, and within communities - with working together. Often my work involves supporting issue and problem exploration, sense-making, and decision-making. The decisions I support groups with range from strategic and operational planning, to agreeing on recommendations for government, to setting decision-making frameworks and agreeing on how to work together. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are constant considerations in all aspects of my work.
