ABOUT JENNIFER BAIN
I am the Canada editor of National Parks Traveler, an award-winning travel and food journalist, and the author of Places in Calgary That You Must Not Miss (2020), Buffalo Girl Cooks Bison (2014) and the Toronto Star Cookbook (2013). My fourth book, Places in Ottawa That You Must Not Miss, is due out in September 2022. I spent 18 years at the Toronto Star, first as food editor and then as travel editor. Now I travel Canada and the world in search of quirk from my home base in Toronto and retreat on Fogo Island in Newfoundland and Labrador.
