ABOUT JENA MILLER
I believe transformation only succeeds when the people doing the work are at the centre of every decision. That belief led me to develop the Adoption Equation: Adoption = Clarity + Alignment + Inclusion. It is a framework born from 17 years of watching organisations deploy brilliant technology that people quietly find workarounds for and from learning, on a BMW production floor, that one honest question can unlock what no project plan ever could. Today, I lead enterprise-scale transformation at Procter & Gamble, managing $25M in committed capital across a growing automation portfolio spanning six international manufacturing sites. My work sits at the intersection of AI strategy, intelligent automation, and the human conditions that determine whether transformation delivers its projected ROI or slowly erodes it. To date, that work has produced $13M in verified operational savings. In 2026, I brought the Adoption Equation to the Intelligent Automation Global Conference at TechEx London, speaking on why AI adoption is fundamentally a human change challenge — not a technology one. The framework is also the subject of a contributing, soon to be published, article for DFCG, the French CFO Network, on why technical success does not guarantee transformation ROI. Before P&G, I spent 14 years at BMW Group leading product development and vehicle platform launches across Germany and the United States. Every one of six consecutive launches exceeded all KPIs by 10% or more. Not because of the engineering alone. Because the people on the floor were at the centre of every decision we made. I am currently strengthening my technical fluency through the AWS AI Academy, because the leaders who will shape the next decade of enterprise transformation are the ones who understand both the human and the system. If you are building transformation that has to last, or looking for a speaker who can make that case to your audience, I would love to connect. website: time with me: https://cal.com/jena.miller
