ABOUT JENA LINDEKUGEL
I studied human resources and communications at the University of Florida because I wanted to understand how companies create environments where people are excited to bring their best work and contribute to making the organization successful. Since graduating, I have spent my time doing exactly that. At MedElite, I lead new hire orientation, manage offboarding across a distributed workforce, and serve as the first point of contact for all employee HR questions. Before that, I built onboarding programs at Talento and designed a leadership training program from employee focus group data at Generali Global Assistance. I am HRCI certified and genuinely interested in where HR is heading, especially people analytics, employee experience design, and how technology is changing the way we develop talent. I want to be part of a team that does this work the right way.
