   As the CEO, I am responsible for the operations, management, and strategic direction of the new nonprofit, GRC for Intelligent ecosystems or GRCIE (Pronounced Gracie). This institution provides a tuition-free education to all students. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of the award-nominated GRC and cybersecurity training program, the NextCISO Academy. Lead 10+-member staff and 8-member Advisory Board in setting mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities, as well as developing a business plan for the Foundation.Oversee all aspects of management and operations for GRCIE including budget and fundraising, human resources, programs, Advisory Board recruitment and engagement, and community relations.Deliver first-of-its-kind metaverse/VR training and education programs that develop strong, capable, empathetic leaders in cybersecurity and GRC industries. Manage GRCIE\'s think tank which is designed to deliver cutting-edge research based on the learnings from the NextCISO academy. Oversee fundraising operations and programs from individual, corporate, and foundation donors.Help change the lives of women, people of color, veterans, and socioeconomically disadvantaged communities by transitioning them to GRC-related careers, helping to establish a foundation for generational wealth in underserved communities.
