ABOUT JENA MARCINKOSKI

I could describe myself in three words, I would say I am confident, committed, and courageous. In college, I chose to major in accounting because I was told that it was \"the most difficult major in business.\" I willingly accept challenges and consistently learn from them along the way. I chose to stay in accounting because I am passionate about understanding the business world and I enjoy working with people, both inside and outside of work. Initially, the thought of being an accountant had me worried, I pictured working on uninteresting, repetitive projects in solitude, but that could not be further from the truth. After being in the workplace, I have formed many new relationships, consistently interacted with people on the job, and have learned so much about business operations in several different industries. Even though I like to git \'er done, every task I undertake is performed to the best of my ability. I strive to be an important member of the team that readily has something to contribute to the table. I hope to build strong client relationships, learn as much as I can about accounting, financial reporting, and business operations, develop a more advanced skill level, stay active, and participate in volunteer opportunities. Highly experienced professionals understand the various aspects of a business, allowing them to be knowledgeable and well-equipped to handle multiple areas including systems, finance, or corporate management. This serves as motivation for me to learn as much as I can while working in accounting & financial reporting.
