I’m a Senior Manager of Client Insights at Circana, partnering with CPG brands to translate shopper behavior into strategies that spark growth. I love the challenge of taking something complex.a dataset, a market shift, a new shopper need - and making it crystal clear and actionable.Outside of my full-time work, I run Jen Wing Wellness — a passion project where I coach individuals to build healthy habits that feel simple, supportive, and sustainable towards long-term wellness. It’s rooted in what I personally value: real food, movement, and creating homes that support meaningful connection with others and connection with yourself.No matter the setting - a boardroom with business leaders or a coaching call with someone ready for change - I show up with curiosity, clarity, and a belief that progress is always possible.Based in Charlotte, NC, you can usually find me exploring trails with my family and our husky, Bandit, planning our next travel adventure, or trying a new recipe that hopefully my kids will eat.If you’re building something better, whether it\'s for consumers or for your own health, I’d love to connect.
