She has spent over two decades as a multihyphenate in the theatre industry, serving as an artistic director, producer, director, choreographer, educator, and acting coach. She began her career as an actor herself, appearing on Broadway in Titanic and Wicked. In addition to her work with Artists, Jen is a speaker and consultant who uses her experience in the arts to help foster creativity and effective leadership in organizations across the globe.She is the co- host of The Long and the Short of It podcast where she and renowned leadership expert Peter Shepherd explore topics related to personal and professional growth.
