I\'m a strategic marketing and business development leader who thrives at the intersection of big ideas, meaningful relationships, and measurable growth. With nearly two decades of experience spanning integrated marketing, sponsorship, experiential, and business development, I\'ve built a career on turning bold strategies into real results for global brands, ambitious startups, and mission-driven organizations alike.I lead with empathy, operate with intention, and believe deeply that the strongest business outcomes are built on trust. I\'m energized by complexity, motivated by challenge, and firmly believe that every obstacle is figure-out-able. Whether I\'m closing a landmark partnership, developing a multi-year growth strategy, or coaching a team member through their next career milestone, I show up the same way; curious, collaborative, and committed.Beyond my corporate work, I\'m passionate about giving back. As an Advisory Board Member with Holiday Helpers and a former committee member with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, I\'ve applied my strategic and fundraising expertise to causes that matter, helping reshape partnership frameworks and drive donor growth in the nonprofit sector.
