I have spent 18 years at Microsoft across HR, Talent Acquisition, and project management, supporting teams across the US, Canada, LATAM, and global organizations. These experiences have allowed me to blend people leadership, operations, and coaching in a meaningful and energizing way.I enjoy turning complex problems into solution‑oriented, clearer plans, and I am always looking for ways to improve processes, strengthen collaboration, and deliver outcomes that matter. I am fluent in Spanish and English, conversational in French, and bring a global mindset to everything I do. I hold an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami and am a Certified ICF ACC Coach, which has deepened my work in talent development and leadership support.
