   At MSG, I lead transformational initiatives that elevate organizational capacity, build learning ecosystems, and enhance internal culture- Learning & Development Leadership: Founded and chair MSG’s TTA Academy, an internal learning initiative that builds staff capacity in training and technical assistance. Oversee staff development activities, communications, staff resources, and expansion—establishing a model for continuous improvement and professional growth- Organizational Culture Shaper: Serve as a mentor and coach to new and established project leads and staff, fostering accountability, confidence, and a shared culture of excellence. Known for creating psychologically safe teams and instilling a collaborative mindset across departments- Strategic Change Agent: Helped restructure business development processes and training to better align with company priorities, market shifts, and staffing needs. Led quality improvement planning for cross-functional teams- Program Transformation: Directed the Office on Women\'s Health Stronger than Sarcopenia campaign and the Family and Youth Services Bureau Communications projects, oversaw federal partnerships, communications strategy, and client satisfaction- Resource Development: Oversee product development and dissemination for multiple Federal projects ensuring timely, relevant, user-friendly, high-quality resources for national, state, and local audiences.
