In my 19 years at Microsoft, my journey has been marked by a steadfast commitment to providing best in class responsible consumer services, from my beginnings in Windows Live, Outlook and OneDrive to Microsoft’s evolving gaming business. As the Senior Director for Responsible Gaming, I led the charge in shaping regulatory and policy strategies that align with Microsoft\'s mission of creating safe and inclusive digital environments. I was also the legal lead on integrating Activision, Blizzard and King into Microsoft’s Gaming division.And now, I’m kicking off a new chapter, joining the Xbox engineering team that oversees trust and safety, privacy and regulatory compliance for Microsoft Gaming. I’m focusing on incorporating agentic AI workflows into our compliance processes and otherwise streamlining Microsoft’s approach to regulatory compliance. Let’s go!
