Funko x Snoop which surpassed 23% to budgeted sales and should cap $1.5 Million in sales for year. • 2023 total stores currently trending 16.5% up to LY • Total Store sales increases YOY o 2022 $20.2 Million o 2023 trending at 10% up to plan • Plan and execute rollouts of new policies, processes, and systems, built and maintained realistic project plans and provide executive updates to C-Suite as needed • Shape, evolve and optimize store operating model with a focus on efficiency, simplicity and adoption of new training and operational policy and procedures • Proactively identify gaps in operations and process improvement opportunities; maintain a prioritized multi-year roadmap and drive coordinated execution against that plan • Design, plan and execute budget planning, and process changes, leveraging KPIs, key success criteria and field feedback and sponsorship to develop solutions and develop recommendations
