About Jen Reynolds
With over 26 years of experience in the US Army, I am a strategic and educational leader who excels at operations management, executive leadership, and teamwork. My final assignment in the Army was serving as the HQ Commandant / Army Element Commander at US Army, where I oversaw the long-range planning, administration, training, and support of the Headquarters US SOUTHCOM and the Army Element. I have a proven track record of leading high-performing and diverse teams in global and multi-functional operations, coaching and validating Army National Guard and Reserve aviation units, and coordinating with enterprise-level organizations and external agencies. I am passionate about empowering others to learn and grow, and I have a master\'s degree in both strategic studies and adult and continuing education and teaching. I am proud of my service, but humble enough to understand that my ability to listen and learn from others is the main contributor to my success. I enjoy mentorship and embrace the opportunity to give back to the younger generation.
