I never made it as the next American Idol, but fortunately that leaves a lot of other opportunities for which I am better suited.I am experienced in Property Management with specific interest and skills in administrative efficiencies, data-driven decision making, financial management, and staff training and development. I have 7 years\' experience in Multi-Family Property Management and 3 years professional experience in University Housing and Residence Life. As a first-generation college student, I am proud of the rich and diverse education I received. I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Communication Studies from Ball State University, a Master\'s degree in College Student Personnel from Western Illinois University, and a Human Resources Management Certificate from the University of Miami. I was fortunate to intern at Belmont University and Webster University to round out my dynamic educational experience.I like to use my interests and skills to do jobs that make life better for others.
