1. Senior Program Manager and Intelligence Community Business Development Leader

   PMP and SAFe 5 Agile Certified * • Managing 4 Program Managers and diverse team of 30 Engineers, IT SMEs and Cyber Security SMEs on multiple high dollar value and high consequence programs in the IC, DOD, and other USG customers. Full P&L responsibility for over $30M annually. • Lead the Intelligence Community (IC) Business Development team across several IC agencies managing all aspects of business development and capture for various pursuits. Submitted over 50 proposals and white papers and won new programs worth over $50M. • Spearheaded creation of Cyber Security Network Obfuscation System for the 2022 Beijing Olympics protecting USG customer from threats from bad actors and/or enemy states. This is just one example of proven ability to build relationships and listen to IC and USG customers’ needs, so those customers rely on my company for innovative solutions to their high consequence missions. • Captured USG customer need for innovative crash detection and threat avoidance device. Worked directly with hardware team to take current device, reconfigure design and add capability to deliver brand new, custom hardware device to the customer. Awaiting $10M award. • Started one-on-one program management mentoring program with 4 participants and expanded.
