Provide a strong foundation for better management of the Product Information Management system, enriched product data, and processes within Brady\'s Product Information Management (PIM) system to support global marketing and sales initiatives. The role is responsible for managing strategic initiatives across regional businesses, working with various stakeholders, as well as managing a team of product content data analysts to drive data quality and content for online/offline consumption. Fosters strong relationships with stakeholders; Product Managers, Channel Managers (Web, Distribution and Print), Trade and Regulatory Compliance, SAP Master Data teams, Software Engineering, and Global IT with a heavy focus on data quality, process improvement, and content publication. • Partners with IT Product Owner and Program Manager to guide direction on the product roadmap and future features • Articulates and maximizes PIM value proposition and vision to Brady global stakeholders • Owns general direction of the Product Information Management roadmap as it relates to Brady global businesses • Liaison between the business, IT, and Master Data teams representing the business and voice of the customer • Provides leadership and drives execution on key data programs including product rationalization/simplification, New Product Launch improvements, data quality KPIs, and data migration initiatives • Provide direction on the long-term strategic roadmap for the tools and processes we need as a company to be effective with Brady\'s Product Master Data Management Steering Council • Manages small and strategic project work projects for PIM • Creates user stories for IT development and support effort • Continually drives process improvement • Prioritizes new product features and functionality • Prioritizes defect and support tickets when appropriate • Drives quality measures, KPIs and goals for the team • Manages UAT efforts
