ABOUT JEN MANNE-GOEHLER

As faculty at Harvard Medical School and a technical consultant at the World Health Organization, I conduct cutting-edge research on the global obesity and diabetes epidemics, with a focus on their intersections with infectious diseases such as HIV and TB. I have also applied this knowledge and expertise in advising national and international organizations on guideline and policy development in these domains. This has included leadership of clinical trials of the GLP-1 receptor agonists in people with HIV and participation in global guideline development for this novel class of medicines. I am well-versed in epidemiologic methods, conduct of clinical trials and population health research and policy creation.
