About Jen Kurtz
Over the years, I’ve stayed consistent in my passion around a few things: understanding people & caring for them well, starting more crafts than I realistically have time for, and fighting against climate change. I love that I’ve had the opportunity to work in roles where I could take my passion for helping people and create a career out of it. Working in employee engagement and HR shows me the need for advocating for employees and making sure their voices are heard, while utilizing the power of data analytics to tell their story from the numbers.
