As the Vice President of Employee Experience, I oversee pivotal teams that enable game-changers to challenge the status quo and “go do.”Our culture at Aristocrat Gaming is defined by putting our people first. My team and I design and implement programs that elevate the overall employee experience within the gaming industry. We are a strategic partner, shaping decisions, nurturing talent, and fostering an environment where diversity thrives. We pride ourselves in our executive team\'s transparency, their support for innovation, and people-centric initiatives. Individually we are great, but together we are unstoppable. Active listening is my superpower. As a leader in People and Culture, I make sure employees and business leaders alike know they are heard. My work extends across all branches of the Aristocrat brand allowing me to forge relationships throughout the organization and ensure staff needs are met through an inclusive eye. I motivate and drive outstanding performance to meet the needs of our company’s growth and scale. One of the highlights of my role is assisting others in shaping their career paths and fostering growth throughout their professional journeys. Outside of the workplace, I utilize my expertise to do something deeply fulfilling-volunteering at Project 150 in Nevada, an organization that supports teens in need, and Dress for Success Southern Nevada, which aids distressed women. My college basketball days at Belhaven University taught me invaluable life skills: discipline, teamwork, strategy, coaching, and, most importantly, having fun.
