About Jen Hornemann
Before joining Antero, I managed the Facilities Engineering & Water teams for QEP Resources, overseeing implementation of full modular production process designs for new Permian developments along with Williston and Haynesville facility installations. Prior to QEP, I worked across multiple ExxonMobil companies from 2009 to 2017 focusing on asset integrity for West Africa offshore equipment and pipelines while a Senior Research Engineer. During my time at XTO as Senior Facilities Engineer, I lead integrity programs for offshore Cook Inlet assets and onshore Williston and Permian production facilities. I began my career with General Electric as a turbine Product Design Engineer.
