About Jen Hamilton

Highly skilled in comprehensive project and risk management, process improvement, complex problem-solving, budgeting, customer relations, personnel management, mentorship and development. I have 10+ years of project/program management experience, as well as operational, organizational and training management. I am a collaborative leader with excellent interpersonal communication, time management and complex data analysis skills. I excel at overseeing and efficiently managing the operational aspects of ongoing projects in order to meet organizational goals and objectives. I also hold an active Secret Security Clearance.I proudly serve in the Oklahoma Army National Guard and currently have 21 years of active service. I am currently a Master Sergeant and manage and process improvement initiatives and divisionwide tracking tasks during drill. I counsel, write and submit annual reviews, maintain accountability of my Soldiers at all times, and train, mentor and develop them to serve at their best capacity. I serve alongside the Sergeant Major and upper-level leadership to provide guidance in all areas of development and training for the unit. The most rewarding part of being a Senior Leader is to develop, mentor and train Soldiers!

   I proudly serve the Oklahoma Army National Guard. For the past 21 years, I have challenged myself to learn, train and educate myself in many areas. Beginning as a Private First Class in Basic Combat Training, I rose to the many challenging military schools that followed the next several years leading me to my current rank of Master Sergeant (E-8). I have been fortunate to have served in many areas and have learned an incredible amount during my tenure. I am blessed to have served alongside many outstanding mentors along the way. I certainly would not be where I am today without them. I hope to serve another 20 years, God willing. I will continue to challenge and educate myself to be a better, stronger leader for those with whom I serve. I take pride in wearing the uniform and proud to say I serve with some of the best men and women in the world.
