Elevates and maximizes the Office of the Chief Product Officer. Manages day-to-day business on behalf of the C-Suite Leader, planning and executing department leadership agendas, stewarding budget oversight, and culture & workforce planning initiatives- Manages, as an extension of the Chief Product Officer, and fosters key internal partner relationships, advocates the leader’s strategy and vision, and serves as a trusted business partner to the Chief Product Officer- Advocate & driver of Product and Huntress organizational health and culture, reinforcing company values- Highly Collaborative across multiple Product and Huntress wide teams to reinforce and drive Product Strategy and vision, and removes blockers- Special project / program / initiative work as directed- Active listening, action tracking and reporting, with tenacious follow up to drive outcomes- Financial Management: Stewards the budgets for PEX & operational expenses, travel, employee engagement, training and other key resources- Close partnership with the People Business Partner to establish, evolve and inform short-term and long-term workforce planning tied back to roadmaps and talent calibration activities as directed by the CPO- Development and constant evolution of content for Product department onboarding, collaboration with key stakeholders to activate and update technical content foe expedient ramp of new hires within the Product Organization- Crafts content and, when appropriate, disseminates communications on behalf of the Chief Product Officer including key timelines, agenda pre-reads, agendas, presentation wire-frames, slides, and pass-downs- Creates and maintains an open space for new hires, peers and Administrative Business Partners to seek out coaching and receive guidance around navigating unfamiliar situations, professional growth & development- Owns and aligns relevant topics in key Product department and high-level organization meetings.
