Hi! I\'m a knowledgeable People Leader with significant experience managing diverse teams across technology. I cut my teeth in Digital/Engineering teams, and thrive where I can embed strategy and culture in these landscapes, supporting people through complex change.In my current role, I provide cross-functional line management working alongside discipline leads. In this I focus on unlocking individual potential and elevating collective team performance to get value to customers faster. Whether it\'s coaching, mentoring, giving feedback in 1:1s, performance management, celebrating success, appraisals - you name it! I do it, and I\'ve got excellent feedback to showcase it (check out my LinkedIn recommendations - I\'m really proud of them!).I confidently explain big corporate strategies and organisational frameworks and translate them into meaningful, clear and relatable content for teams. I love creating and facilitating smaller scale personal development sessions and presentations on topics that matter to teams. Through all of this, I\'m able to blend my broad technical know-how with a strong belief that good business performance starts (and ends) with how people are developed, supported and led. I am experienced in balancing empathy with performance accountability. I work together with individuals and teams to do what needs to be done to get them (and keep them) on the right track, thriving, delivering and happy ~I\'m actively searching for my next role while navigating the redundancy process.
