As a CEO, COO and Treasurer, I have performed financial modeling and valuation and established financial, accounting and business systems to drive sustained growth and performance. I’ve also built entire organizational and operating systems, including IT, supply chain and logistics, and human resources organizations to attract and retain diverse, multicultural, multilingual talent. As a polyglot/xenohile executive, my career journey has traversed major public and private corporations, U.S. and foreign government entities, and nonprofit humanitarian organizations worldwide. I’m known for my extraordinary ability to remain calm during intense challenges and volatile environments. Collaborative by nature, I’m able to build consensus across diverse communities and establish agreements amongst disparate groups sharing the same goals. Serving on boards and chairing finance and audit committees for more than ten years, I’ve guided nonprofit organizations in financial stability and helped them crystalize their missions and shape their futures. As an advisor to several startup companies, I have written and refined business plans, devised capital stacks for funding, created pitch decks, and analyzed and responded to new data to refine and pivot the strategy. Committed to building and leading socially responsible businesses in emerging global markets, I’m an advocate for the development of organizations that positively impact all aspects of society, including economic, social, and environmental. Combining an International MBA from Thunderbird and BS in Finance and International Business from the University of Colorado, I am frequently recruited to participate in solving audacious projects that can make a positive difference in the world.    Crosscut Mountain provides year-round recreation, sports training, and outdoor education opportunities. It is an official training center for the U.S. Paralympics Nordic Skiing team, the development center for U.S. Paralympics Nordic, and the U.S. Biathlon organizations.Recruited by the former Board Chair and Founder, I’ve established the vision and mission, built an incredible team, raised brand awareness, and established a framework that is creating a financially stable world-class organization. As CEO, I manage a $3M operating budget and $3M-$5M annual capital expansion budget, and am steering a $30M capital expansion plan. I led the development of all functional areas of the organization and oversee a team managing daily operations. I’m honored to be leading a committed and highly talented team of 7 direct reports overseeing 70+ staff.Currently, my primary focus is on board relations, strategic planning, fundraising, public relations, and new facility design (working with architectural, engineering, water experts, alternative energy, zoning, and legal teams).Accomplishments include:• Capital Raising: Grew assets under management from $8M to $25M in 3 years.• Capital Improvements: Raised $4M in 2 months for purchase and renovation of a 640-acre ranch transforming the ranch from a family refuge to facilities with commercial capabilities. • Capital Expansion: Raised $3.5M and led planning and engineering consultants to complete Phase 1 of a capital expansion project.• Audit: Developed policies, procedures and systems to professionalize and sustain this nonprofit and successfully led 3 clean audits.• Government Partnerships: Worked with local, state and federal representatives to submit a proposal to be the first US Olympic team to relocate to Montana
