Program Manager for Heluna/Internal Title is Training Coordinator. Full time, long term contract for San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH). Hires, onboards, manages, and supervises the members of the training team within Reserve for Accelerated Disease Response Program (RADR) of Population Health Division (PHD). Executes activities in the budget and RADR work plan related to training and DIsease Intervention Specialist (DIS) improvement. Assists in developing and implementing operational policies to ensure the efficient operation of training team within RADR. Collaborates with Program Manager – RADR with grant reporting and compliance and high level reports on outcomes to Medical Director and external stakeholders. Participates in QA/QI activities for groups across PHD. Project management and process improvement for internal and partner projects across DPC including outbreak preparedness activities, new hire onboarding and training, workforce wellness and retention, digital literacy, and health equity.
