As a Care Coordinator at the Native American Health Center, one of the largest employers of American Indians in the San Francisco Bay Area, I’ll be part of a vibrant, community-focused team that reflects the diverse population we serve. With my master’s degree focused on Global Health Science and previous experience as a Program Coordinator, I’ll be well-prepared to work closely with clients, providers, and community leaders, developing individualized care plans that address mental health, holistic wellness, and social service needs. My specialized training will enable me to effectively assess needs, provide health education, facilitate access to essential services, and manage crisis situations with confidence. NAHC is deeply rooted in the Indigenous community, serving as a crucial resource for health and wellness, and my experience will be instrumental in delivering culturally sensitive, holistic care that honors the traditions and needs of Indigenous people in the Bay Area. In this role, I\'ll help clients navigate healthcare systems, build supportive networks, and ensure they receive the integrated, compassionate care they deserve.
