About Jem Young
I lead several product platform and infrastructure teams supporting the development of Netflix\'s products across several consumer verticals. I believe leadership is about multiplying impact through others. In my free time, I enjoy public speaking, mentoring, and creating workshops and courses to better the engineering community. I\'m the co-host of the popular tech podcast Frontend Happy Hour, and when I\'m not at the computer, you can find me hanging out in the park with my partner and our two boys.In my previous roles at Netflix, I was a Senior Engineer leading infrastructure and UI investments in a broad range of areas from testing infrastructure to performance improvements for Netflix.com.
