ABOUT JEMMA GOBA
Having spent my early career in broadcast television, I discovered a passion for advertising and digital media during a role with global agency McCann. In 2013, I founded Tanami, a video production and social media content agency. Having built a solid client base, a social media following and strong financials, in 2017 I sold the business to a global PLC and worked at Managing Partner for four years. My experience is multi-genre - TV adverts, high-profile social videos, photography, prime-time TV programmes and branded content. I’m experienced as a senior leadership team member, influencing strategy and business plans. As a manager, I focus on engagement, team spirit and growth. I’m passionate about nurturing and progressing team members and their careers.In recent years I have taken on a number of executive roles - Board Member of The Leith Agency and Non-Executive Director of Hibernian FC.
