ABOUT JEMMA BARTON
I lead the consultancy work at RISE Beyond and oversee the development of our products and programmes, keeping them anchored in the realities leaders and organisations are navigating day to day.I’ve spent over six years as a Partner at RISE, alongside nearly a decade as Founder of Awoken Development, working as a consultant, facilitator and coach across a range of organisational contexts. Much of my work focuses on helping leaders and teams make sense of complexity when the pace is high, the stakes are real, and familiar approaches no longer quite work.I pay close attention to how judgement is formed, how decisions are shaped in groups, and how trust and responsibility play out in practice, creating the conditions for clearer thinking, more honest conversation and more deliberate action.
