As Head of Employee Relations/ Employment Law/ People Services I am accountable for developing and executing employee and labour relations strategies to ensure they align with business goals and support a strong performing operation and positive employee relations environment. I provide strategic and practical hands on support for all matters linked to labour and employee relations, lead reviews and provide advice on contracts, commercial transactions, policies, practices and procedures and oversee all case management and Employment Tribunals. I manage our People Services desk which deals with high volume queries from across the business, manages payroll and HR processes. As well as managing People Services, all TU and employee relations, as a qualified employment lawyer I also provide legal support across the UK.
