Jemma brings a wealth of experience as a company Director. She began her career as an intercompany accountant at AstraZeneca before transitioning into the FCA compliance and insurance sector. In 2007, at just 22 years old, she founded her first business, which she later merged with Manchester-based Reich Insurance in 2015. Building on this success, Jemma launched several ventures under the Revilo Group umbrella, including a Mortgage and Insurance firm, an Estate Agency, and a Used Car sales business.In 2024, after years of collaboration with the team, she joined Holker IT as their Finance Director. Now, in 2025, she takes on a new challenge with ST & R, drawn by the company\'s growth and dynamic team. This move marks an exciting step in her journey, especially given her deep-rooted passion and expertise in the insurance industry.Beyond her professional achievements, Jemma is a proud mother of two. She regularly participates in charity events and has recently completed her fifth Tough Mudder, raising funds for local causes. She’s known for being a little bonkers—in the very best way. But then again, all the best people are!
