ABOUT JEMMA FORREST CUMMING

I have 20 years experience in a variety of operational and commercial leadership roles. In my current role at AGS Airports Limited - I lead group-wide commercial and operational strategy across car parking, ground transport, and ancillary products. Accountable for multimillion-pound revenue, OPEX budgets, and delivery of digital transformation projects improving customer access and service resilience.I work closely with the senior operational and commercial stakeholders in each of our 3 airports to deliver commercial success and innovative projects across Surface Access and ancillary functions (Car Parking, Car Rental, Taxis, Buses and FastTrack Security and Arrivals products). Between 2022 and 2026 I have worked closely with our Capital projects team to deliver key strategic commercial projects across the 3 airport sites, including the simultaneous transformation of all car park barriers and systems across the AGS Airport\'s group car park portfolio. As well as launching 2 brand new products at Glasgow Airport to give customers more choice. In December 2025, I was delighted to deliver further investment to our on-site facilities by launching our state of the art Valet Parking Hub at Glasgow airport which sets the airport up for passenger growth and has been a huge success with customers. I have held a variety of progressive commercial and operational positions including Duty Manager and Retail Operations Manager, developing leadership foundations in safety, service delivery, and people management within 24/7 transport environments.During the COVID-19 pandemic I held the role of Interim Head of Commercial at Aberdeen Airport to support the commercial business recovery by re-opening all retail and F&B units, and re-establishing supplier operations under tight regulatory conditions. Within this time I also set up and delivered non-budgeted revenue growth through delivery of new on-site testing facilities via our e-commerce channels.
