ABOUT JEMIMA J.
As a Mental Health First Aid Instructor (MHFAEngland.org) with over 20 years\' experience in the corporate world, plus government and the voluntary sector; I work with individuals and organisations struggling with stress, anxiety or other mental health issues to understand mental ill health. I help them increase awareness and build an understanding of what influences mental health and mental wellbeing at work and at home. I am also an accredited Wellbeing Coach, Meditation Teacher and I volunteer with SHOUT have set up and managed Diversity Programmes in large corporates advising, educating and encouraging senior managers to learn how to create inclusive diverse teams - and why they will see a return on their investment when they do so.
