ABOUT JEMIMA BIRD
We are surrounded by complexity every single day, and I love it. As a Chartered Project Professional, I lead teams in navigating these complex environments. A career highlight was being appointed as Consultant Lead for the design of a multibillion-pound contract; coordinating inputs from designers, project managers and environmental specialists. My biggest strength is understanding the bigger picture; seeing the situation as a system where the people, processes and tools need to work in harmony to achieve the end goal. People come to me to see the wood for the trees and find a clear path through uncertainty.I thrive in messy environments and am well known for my calm approach regardless of problems that come my way, smile and a touch of British sarcasm.I am privileged to have worked on some of the UKs biggest infrastructure programmes including Birmingham Commonwealth Games and HS2, digital transformation programmes and more recently gravitating into the creative, experiential world, which is absolutely where my heart lies. For me, knowing that I am creating joy through an attraction, hotel or themepark is truly special.
