Public Health Leader with 15+ years’ experience grounded in the design, implementation and evaluation of USAID and other global health development projects in Sub Saharan Africa, including the delivery of lifesaving HIV services to over 16 million people, ensuring high quality maternal and child health services for over pregnant women and empowering over women to save money and increase literacy and numeracy skills. Managed PEPFAR and American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) financed HIV/TB and Covid-19 activities for USAID/Nigeria and held multiple supervisory positions with USAID implementing partners. Developed and managed budgets of over $500 million for projects funded by USAID, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Global Fund, and Shell. Over 14 years of overseas experience living and working in Africa (Zambia, Nigeria) as well as NGO headquarters experience working on projects in Angola, Guinea, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Senegal, Uganda, and Zambia.
